Impact of Poor AI Responses
When AI doesn't account for hypervigilance, survivors disconnect. They might rage-quit, freeze up, or comply superficially while staying completely guarded. The AI loses access to the real person and gets only the protective shell.
Over time, survivors learn that AI systems aren't safe. They stop using them. The isolation deepens. Another potential support system fails because it didn't understand the nervous system it was talking to.
